HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The National Football League will announce Tuesday the rosters for the 2012 Pro Bowl.
Selection of the full rosters consists of three parts.
Fan voting concluded on Dec. 19, and votes from players and coaches will make up the other two-thirds in determining the starters who will represent their respective conference at Aloha Stadium one week before the Super Bowl.
Earlier this year, Gov. Neil Abercrombie harshly criticized the practice of paying the NFL $4 million a year to help convince the league to play the Pro Bowl in Hawaii, when the money is sorely needed elsewhere in the state.
