PEARL HARBOR (HawaiiNewsNow) - A Marine Pearl Harbor survivor will be interred at the U.S.S. Arizona on Friday.
Navy divers will place Private First Class Frank Cabiness' ashes into the hull of the Arizona.
The Marine Corps says Cabiness was on the U.S.S. Arizona as part of a flag raising detail when the first Japanese aircraft flew over the harbor.
A service will be held at 4 p.m.
Cabiness is only the second Marine to be interred on the Arizona.
Vernon James Olsen was the first Marine interred about three weeks ago.
