Heavy rain is possible for the Big Island. The National Weather Service has issued A Flash Flood Watch and Winter Weather Advisory for the Big Island. We're also seeing strong winds and high seas so a Small Craft Advisory is up through Thursday morning. Malika Dudley is tracking our weather conditions on Sunrise.
