KAKAAKO (HawaiiNewsNow) - A 31-year-old woman is in Honolulu police custody for allegedly choking and punching a toddler Tuesday.
Officers arrested the woman on Kawaiahao Street at about 1:40 p.m. on suspicion of felony domestic abuse and for three contempt warrants.
