Traffic alert this morning-- two water main breaks. Board of Water Supply crews are working to repair a 16-inch water main break on Meheula Parkway near the Kuahelani Avenue intersection in Mililani. Three SOUTHBOUND lanes on Meheula Parkway and both WESTBOUND lanes on Kuahelani Avenue are closed. Residents are advised to use the Ka Uka or Mililani Tech Park off ramps on the H2 to avoid closures on Meheula Parkway. Repair work is expected to continue into morning rush hour. A failure by a special bipartisan panel to agree on $1.2 trillion in deficit cuts over a decade is supposed to trigger $1 trillion in automatic spending cuts in 2013.
