HONOLULU (HawaiinewsNow) - PBS Hawaii returned to the air Saturday afternoon, a day after a fire damaged one of its studios.
Station officials said power was restored early Saturday afternoon. Regular programming returned to cable channels by 2 p.m.
Crews were setting up for a shoot Friday morning when a studio light popped. Everyone in the building was forced to evacuate.
PBS Hawaii said some programming regularly scheduled on Monday may still be affected.
