HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Longhi's is offering both a lunch and dinner menu for Restaurant Week. Head chef Ricardo Thompson cooked up a few dishes for us to sample in the kitchen.

- Fettuccine Lombardi Our classic version of Alfredo's in Rome. Made with Butter, Heavy Cream and imported Italian Reggiano Parmesan Cheese accompanied by fresh Sugar Snap Peas and Proscuitto di Parma
- Chicken, served open faced on toasted Italian Bread
- Choice of Two Preparations: Marsala (Fresh Mushrooms, Sweet & Dry Marsala Wines and Fresh Basil) or Parmesan (Sauteed and finished with melted Mozzarella and our Pomodoro Sauce)

- Shrimp and Scallop Combo Longhi Plump Gulf Shrimp and Scallops sautéed in White Wine and Lemon, finished with Diced Tomatoes and Basil Served over Garlic Toast
- Filet Longhi Our Filet, sliced thin, served with sautéed Red and Gold Bell Peppers, finished with a fresh Basil Butter Sauce
