Coming Up on Hawaii News Now Monday

Tonight at 5 and 5:30 on Hawaii News Now ...

APEC Begins: the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation conference officially opens tomorrow, but delegates and world dignitaries began arriving today and we were there. Everything from road closures, to who's who; you'll find the most comprehensive APEC coverage on Hawaii News Now this week, starting at 5 o'clock tonight.

There are new developments in the shooting death of a local man in Waikiki over the weekend. U.S. State Department special agent, Christopher Deedy, charged with murder in the shooting, is now out of jail. More on this story at 5.

And: there is a glimmer of hope that Hawaii Medical Center will continue operations. We were there in bankruptcy court today.

Also, Guy Hagi will have, what he calls, your "squishy" forecast for the rest of week.

I hope you'll join Stephanie Lum and me tonight on Hawaii News Now at 5 and 5:30. See you then!
