HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Airfield maintenance work at Honolulu International Airport on Wednesday and Thursday is expected to cause an increase in air traffic over the Ewa Plains area, according to the state Department of Transportation.

Runway 4L/22R at Honolulu International Airport will be closed for maintenance work from 6 p.m. on Wednesday night, October 26, through 6 a.m. on Thursday morning, October 27.
