KAPOLEI (HawaiiNewsNow) - A 27-year-old man was arrested after the SUV he was operating overturned near Ko Olina early Tuesday morning.
According to officials, the incident happened just after 2 a.m. on Farrington Highway.
Police say the driver was under the influence when he rolled the vehicle just west of Hooio Driver near the Ko Olina off ramp.
His female passenger was hurt and rushed to the Queen's Medical Center in serious, but stable condition.
Police then arrested the man, who has no known local address, on a DUI charge for causing a motor-vehicle collision.
