Musician Cecilio Rodriguez was in a Los Angeles courtroom Thursday morning.
The popular local entertainer is accused of molesting two sisters in the late 90s.
In court Rodriguez denied the allegations against him. A judge set a preliminary hearing for Nov. 16. Rodriguez was ordered to remain in California until that date.
Rodriguez, 66, was arrested Sept. 27 on two counts of lewd acts upon a child.
According to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, one of the victims told detectives that the abuse happened between 1994 and 1997 in Carson, Calif.
