Twin Tropical Trouble, Road Closed, & Free Flights

A new tropical depression has formed in the Pacific, just off Mexico's coast. Hurricane Jova is already moving inland farther north. Dan Cooke is monitoring both storms in the Severe Weather Center and will have the latest updates on Sunrise.

Crews are still doing road work in Manoa this morning following a water main break on Kahawai Street. The road will remain closed between Lowrey Avenue and Huapala Street until crews have finished repairs to the road.

We're following a couple of Breaking stories... Iraqi officials say the death toll in a string of blasts targeting police in Baghdad has jumped to 23.
