A state judge handed down a stiff sentence today for a man convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in Wahiawa. At today's sentencing hearing, City Prosecutors argued that Tyrone Smith Junior was a danger to all woman in the community. Smith, meanwhile, claimed he's innocent.
