KAUAI (HawaiiNewsNow)- The body of a 28-year-old Canadian visitor who was swept out to sea was recovered by rescue crews in waters off Polihale Beach Wednesday morning.
Steve Kim, of Ontario, Canada was last seen swimming with his brother in the breakers about waist deep at Polihale Beach late Tuesday. The man's brother reported seeing him struggling just before sunset.
Rescue crews found Kim's body Wednesday morning, 30 yards offshore of Polihale Beach Park.
Meanwhile, the search continues for the second missing visitor, 66-year-old man, Charles Slezak of California.
Police say he was last seen Monday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. near the Kiahuna Plantation in Poipu.
He was last seen wearing black and white shorts, a blue collared shirt and carrying pink swim fins.
