HONOLULU, Oahu (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Kahala Wine and Food Classic kicks off this weekend. The two day culinary event includes gourmet dinners, cooking demonstrations, cigar tasting and even wineology seminars. The Kahala Wine & Food Classic: Hollywood Goes Hawaiian in fall 2011, pairs Hollywood chef Carolynn Spence, California vintner Rich Frank and The Kahala's own Chef Wayne Hirabayashi for an opportunity to learn more about food preparation and wine pairings. Malika got a quick cooking lesson from Chef Carolynn Spence of the Chateau Marmont restaurant.
