WAIMANALO (HawaiiNewsNow) - A Waimanalo man is in Honolulu police custody accused of trying to sell stolen property to undercover officers.

Investigators say the 27-year-old Inoa Street resident stole vehicle parts from a 32-year-old man, and then listed them for sale on the Internet. The suspect allegedly tried to sell the items to plain-clothes officers Friday afternoon.

Police arrested him on suspicion of second-degree theft, a class C felony. He has not been charged.
