Manoa (HawaiiNewsNow) - University of Hawai'i head football coach Greg McMackin along with his wife Heather, will conduct the fourth annual Hawai'i Wahine Football Clinic, Tuesday, Aug. 23 at 7:00 p.m. The clinic will be conducted at the UH Athletics Auditorium and Clarence T.C. Ching Field.
Registration begins at 6:00 p.m. at the auditorium, which is located adjacent to the Stan Sheriff Center. The cost of the clinic is $20 and includes a free Under Armour t-shirt for the first 200 paid admissions. Attendees will also receive a playbook and heavy pupus and refreshments will be served. For the first time, UH female students with a valid ID will be admitted free.
UH strength and conditioning coach Tommy Heffernan will be the featured speaker and will explain the training program he designs for each of the players.
Attendees will be able to interact with the UH football players and coaches and learn various fundamentals and techniques of the game on the Clarence T.C. Ching Field.
