4 Hawaii cities named America's 'Most Fun, Affordable Cities'

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Several Hawaii cities made Business Week Magazine's list of America's 25 Most Fun, Affordable Cities.

Ala Moana-Kakaako was named No. 2 on the list. With a population of 19,576, this portion of Honolulu features 273 bars and restaurants. The median home price is $357,000.

Makiki makes the list at No. 9. With views of Diamond Head and the Pacific Ocean, the city is just two miles from Downtown Honolulu. Makiki has a population of about 28,000. The median home price is $293,500.

Lahaina came in at No. 16 on the list. This part of west Maui features dozens of art galleries and a variety of unique shops and restaurants. The population is just over 20,000 and the median home price is $360,000.

Kailua Kona came in at No. 17. The city has a population of 32,008 and features 135 bars and restaurants. The median home price is $300,000.
