HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews repaired the broken 16-inch water main and roadway near 930 McCully Street. All lanes of McCully street were reopened as of 3:30pm.
Overnight, Board of Water Supply crews replaced a 10 foot section of the broken 83 year old pipe that burst yesterday afternoon in the intersection of McCully and Algaroba Streets.
Water was back on around 3:00 am to affected residents and business. BWS crews completed their work around 5 a.m., when Grace Pacific Corporation crews prepared to start road repairs.
