HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow)-Imagination Movers to perform at the Blaisdell Concert Hall Oct. 7-8 and Maui's Castle Theater Oct. 908.09.2011– Disney's Emmy Award-winning Imagination Movers premier in Hawaii this October! Featuring Hawaii's own Wendy Calio as Nina, the group will perform three shows between October 7 & 8 at the Blaisdell Concert Hall and two shows October 9 at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center. Presented by Tom Moffatt and Tim Bostock, the wildly popular New Orleans-based rock band for kids of all ages will go on sale this Saturday August 13.

Since signing to Walt Disney Records, the Imagination Movers have sold more than 100,000 albums, received multiple awards, and earned critical media praise. Their first Disney release "In a Big Warehouse" is the soundtrack for the second season of the television series. It hit the charts last fall, debuting at #2 on Billboard's Top New Artist Albums chart and bowing at #3 on Billboard's Children's Chart. The Movers are fresh from playing the annual White House Easter egg roll and delivering a blistering main-stage set at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.
