Toby Stangel, 28, has pleaded not guilty to 20 counts including murder and attempted murder.
The scene of the shootings back in June stretched from Kaimuki to Aiea.
One woman was killed and two others wounded.
Stangel was supposed to go before a circuit court judge Aug. 15, but his attorney asked for an extension.
