INTERVIEW: Phoner with Lt. Gov. Brian Schatz

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation leaders will meet in Honolulu in four months.

The first of its kind event for Hawaii will feature 21 heads of state from countries like China, Russia, Japan, South korea, Indonesia, Australia and Mexico.

Even President Barack Obama will attend.

Hawaii's Lieutenant Governor Brian Schatz has been hard at work and joins us by phone from Beijing, China.
