WATER RATES GOING UP...
You'll be paying more for water from the city soon. The Honolulu Board of Water Supply plans to increase water rates starting next year. Minna Sugimoto will have more details, tonight at 5.
PAPAYA REWARD GOES UP; WE HEAR FROM VICTIMIZED FARMER
The reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for destroying thousands of Big Island papaya trees has gone up. On Monday, vandals destroyed nearly 10-acres worth of the crop. Tonight, Lisa Kubota talks with Hawaii island farmers who were victimized.
