The right ῾Ewa-bound lane on Moanalua Road will be closed 24-hours on five consecutive days from Monday, June 20, through Friday, June 24.
The stretch of road is being shut down for construction of a bus pad between Ka῾amilo Street and Nalopaka Place.
Two ῾Ewa-bound lanes on Moanalua Road will be temporarily realigned on the approach to the Ka῾amilo Street intersection.
Also, the "left turn only" lane onto makai-bound Ka῾amilo Street will be designated as a through lane across the intersection. Motorists wanting to turn left at the intersection will be detoured to Keanae Street.
During the closure, motorists are encouraged to avoid Moanalua Road and encouraged to take alternative routes such as Kamehameha Highway.
TheBus patrons are asked to use the bus stop opposite of Nalopaka Place east of original bus stop.
