HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Accused H-1 shooting rampage suspect Toby Stangel pleaded not guilty as he appeared before a judge on Monday via video teleconference.

Stangel is being held at the Oahu Community Correctional Center.

The 28 year old has already been indicted by an Oahu grand jury.

According to prosecutors, Stangel used a nine-millimeter, semi-automatic gun to fire bullets at three separate locations earlier this month.

One woman was killed and two other victims are still recovering from their gunshot wounds.

Stangel's trial is set for Aug. 15.
