Honolulu Zoo receives new stork companion

WAIKIKI (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Honolulu Zoo may have found a new companion for its stork named Lurch.

According to the zoo, a new female Marabou Stork was recently brought to the facility.

Marabou Storks are native to Africa. According to officials, this particular three-year-old female stork was bred in captivity in Virginia.

Based on Lurch's reaction, the new stork is quite the looker.

The zoo hopes the new stork and Lurch will produce offspring.
