Public's help needed in identifying runner who died in Makiki

HONOULULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A man who died while running on Round Top Drive on June 3 remains unidentified.

According to officials, the man collapsed near the intersection of Maunalaha Road. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Medical Examiner's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying the runner.

Officials describe the man as possibly Asian, between his 50s and 60s. He is 5'8" and 195 pounds. He has short gray hair, brown eyes and bushy black and gray eyebrows. He also has scars on both of his knees.

The man was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, white and black board shorts, white athletic shoes and black socks. He was also wearing a black and yellow sports watch with a Velcro strap.
