3 arrested in Waikoloa home drug bust

WAIKOLOA (HawaiiNewsNow) - Big Island police arrested three adults in a drug bust in Waikoloa on Wednesday.

William Lee Moore, 56, Robert Shevlin, 41, and Albina Labrador, 49 were arrested at a Manuaihue Place home after police recovered smoking pipes, packets of crystal meth residue, a digital weighing scale, marijuana and narcotic related paraphernalia at the residence.

Moore was charged with one count of methamphetamine trafficking, one count of promoting dangerous drugs, one count of promoting detrimental drugs and two counts of drug paraphernalia.

His bail was set at $80,250.

Shevlin was charged with one count of promoting a dangerous drug and drug paraphernalia.

His bail was set at $4,000.

Labrador was released without charges Wednesday evening.
