Sam Choy's Kitchen recipe: Grilled Kona MahiMahi

6-7 oz. Mahimahi  filets
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
½ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp Shoyu
1½ Tbsp minced garlic

Mix together and let stand in ziplock bag for 2 hours.
Before grilling brush with miso glaze

Miso Glaze

1 cup white miso
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup Aloha shoyu
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger

In a mixing bowl, add all ingreidents and mix well. Brush glaze on Mahimahi. Place mahimahi on grill and cook.
