LONDON (HawaiiNewsNow) – If you are a fan of the British Royal Family and excited about the wedding of Prince William of Wales and Kate Middleton, you can watch our Hawaii News Now reporter and anchor Teri Okita cover the event.
Okita will be the only reporter from any Hawaii television station at the ceremony.
On the wedding day, Okita will be reporting the events live from the Methodist Central Hall – which is diagonally across Westminster Abbey where the wedding will take place.
Okita will combine live coverage with feature news stories of all the grandeur at the wedding and any Hawaii connections at the event.
At 10 p.m. Thursday, April 28 we will have an hour of coverage before our national affiliates CBS/NBC begin.
On Friday, April 29, Okita will produce reports for our Hawaii News Now Sunrise show starting at 6 a.m.
The official royal wedding website is www.officialroyalwedding2011.org.
You can also follow Okita on our Facebook page and Twitter for all the latest information.
