HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Police Chief Louis Kealoha has received a passing grade, for his performance in 2010.
"Meeting expectations"is how the Honolulu Police Commission rated his overall performance.
In response, Kealoha said, "One of my goals is to continue to build and strengthen the department's partnerships with the community. My administration and I remain committed to making Honolulu the safest place to live, work and play."
