At her heaviest, Ruby Gettinger weighed an astonishing 716 pounds. After much hard work and determination, she shed close to 400 pounds and along the way, hit many major milestones: finally fitting in to a pair of jeans, driving a car and riding a bike again for the first time in years. However, her impressive weight loss has come to a halt with the scale going up an additional 60 pounds.
