Hawaii Pro Football League debuts Friday

HONOLULU HawaiiNewsNow) - The Hawaii Pro Football League will debut Friday night with a double header at the Aloha Stadium, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The HPFL features four teams with between 45-55 players each, coaches and players compete for a small monetary stipend. However, most of these former local college and high school stars play with the hopes of keeping their playing careers alive which is echoed in their motto "Building the Dream."
