Young tigers being shipped out

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Honolulu Zoo is going to say good-bye to its three Hawaii-born tigers.

These big cats are now two and a half years old. Keepers are training them to be able to voluntarily get into crates that will carry them to their new home in Japan, Texas and Washington D.C.

Their parents are staying put on Oahu and the zoo said the chances of breeding again are "very good."
