HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Lindsay Lohan reported to court yesterday where the judge announced that if Lindsay Lohan accepts a plea bargain it will have to include jail time. Lindsay will return to court on March 10, at which point she can either accept a plea or choose to stand trial. If found guilty she could get up to one year in prison.
Lohan says she won't accept a plea bargain after judge Keith Schwartz notified her she would do jail time for any plea agreement as even a No Contest plea would signify a probation violation.
If all goes according to plan, Simon Cowell's U.S. version of The X-Factor will offer fans the opportunity to vote using Facebook. The show's creators are reportedly in discussions with the social network to figure out how viewers can vote using Facebook's Credits payment system.
