HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow)- The former flight attendants of Pan American World Airways who have traveled the world are making their treasures available for others at what has become the premier go-to garage sale for the best bargains in international finds.
The Hawaii Chapter of World Wings International, Inc., the philanthropic organization of former Pan American World Airways flight attendants, will hold its sixth annual "Not Your Ordinary Garage Sale. It's an International Garage Sale!" to benefit St. Francis Hospice at McKinley High School cafeteria on Sunday, Feb. 27, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Shoppers may enter the school's Pensacola Street entrance.
In addition to an international boutique of unique items and souvenirs from around the world, the garage sale will also feature clothing for women, men and children, jewelry and accessories, Pan Am and airline memorabilia, crafts and collectibles, electronics, children's toys and games, household items, linens, books, CDs and DVDs. Most items, except jewelry, start at 50 cents. Only cash is accepted, so leave your credit cards at home.
