It's been 10 years since the USS Greenville submarine surfaced south of Diamond Dead and slammed into a Japanese fishing boat. Four students and five crewmen aboard were killed. Ramsay Wharton will have a preview of today's memorial at Kakaako Waterfront Park marking this somber anniversary.
