Chatting with Billy V: January 11, 2011

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Did Sarah Palin ask for $1 million an episode to do a second season of Sarah Palin's Alaska? Or did TLC pull the plug for political reasons? Maybe neither.  A TLC source says "there have been no discussions at all as of now" for a second season. "The show just ended Sunday. Beyond that anything is speculation," the source says.

Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan, while vacationing on a Caribbean Island, walked into a cafe at the resort where he was staying. As he walked in, a woman at the cafe fainted. The next day, Jordan reportedly called the front desk to ask if "the girl who passed out when she saw me was doing OK." The woman actually passed out after discussing her son's broken nose with a doctor as Jordan entered the room. She became so upset by what the doctor was saying about her son, she fainted to the floor.
