Police seek help find thief on Molokai

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Police on Molokai are asking the public's help to find a man who walked up to the open counter window at the Molokai Drive-In at about 7:30 p.m. Dec. 28 and removed the cash register.

According to police, the man fled the area and attempted to hide the cash register in the brush area of an open lot across the street from the drive-in. 

Police found the cash register, which was covered with clothing believed to be worn by the thief.  The clothing consisted of a hooded sweater and a T-shirt.

 All of the money in the cash register were recovered.

The suspect is described to be approximately 5'10" to 6' tall.  There is no other description available for the suspect.
