No roads closed following Honolulu water main break

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - An eight-inch water main break occurred at around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday near the Ala Wai.

The Board of Water Supply says it happened at 509 Lauiki Street, just a few feet down from Monday's water main break on Hihiwai Street.

BWS crews began excavation at around 3:30 a.m.

A water wagon was sent to several mid-rise buildings affected in the area.

No roads have been closed.
