HONOLULU (AP) - Hawaii's unemployment rate stood steady at a seasonally adjusted 6.4 percent in November, the fifth straight month the figure has remained the same.
The state Department of Labor and Industrial Relations said Thursday 592,150 people were employed in the islands last month while 40,750 were unemployed.
Nationally, the unemployment rate stood at 9.8 percent, up from 9.6 percent in October.
