HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Let's take a look at some of the Good Things in the news...
Happy Birthday to one of Hawaii's better known World War II veterans, Harold Estes of Waikiki. He was surrounded by friends and family who wished him well on his 96th birthday. Estes joined the Navy at the age of 20 and went on to serve for 21 years. He is widely known in the military community for helping to bring the Battleship Missouri Memorial and the USS Bowfin Museum to Hawaii. Estes has received numerous awards throughout his military career and after retirement, including one for public service to the Navy.
In the quaint town of Pacific Grove, California a good samaritan has been randomly handing out Christmas cards with up to $50 inside. No one knows who it might be and so far 11 people have received the cards. The cash gifts also come with suggestions on how to spend the money, like on charity or at a locally owned restaurant.
And don't forget, every day this week we are giving away 2 pairs of tickets to the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl on Christmas Eve featuring the University of Hawaii and Tulsa. The tickets are courtesy of Toyota Hawaii. Today's question:
What is each team's ranking in total offense for the season?
