Police seeking man who robbed bank downtown

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The downtown branch of Territorial Savings and Loan at 1000 Bishop St. was robbed at about 2:03 p.m. Thursday and police are seeking the public's assistance in locating the suspect.

According to police, the suspect approached a teller, demanded money and fled on foot in an unknown direction.

The man is described as Caucasian, 34 to 40 years old, 220 to 230 pounds, with dark hair and wearing a beige dress shirt, khaki long pants, a white baseball cap and prescription glasses.
