IPAC students participate in 'Holiday Mail for Heroes'

KAPOLEI (HawaiiNewsNow) - Some students in Kapolei are making the season brighter for our troops who will be away for the holidays.

It's called "Holiday Mail for Heroes."

Students from Island Pacific Academy created and decorated Christmas cards for this year's Fourth Annual Red Cross Program.

One million cards will be delivered to our servicemembers around the world.

And there's still a little time left for you to help.

Friday is the post mark deadline to send cards to the Red Cross.

Navy Federal Credit Unions in Hawaii are serving as collection points.

There are specifics on the cards and mailing instructions.
