A Boca Raton police officer is being hailed a hero after rescuing a woman from a burning vehicle. Office Jimmy Jalil Junior fired 2 shots to break a window, then pulled the woman out of the front passenger seat. Police say the driver lost control of the S-U-V and slammed into a metal utility pole. He was killed, but 2 passengers survived.. one of them rescued by Jalil.
Hungry? This story might help. A massive meatball sub is getting quite a bit of attention in Illinois. The 10-pound jawbreaker includes 40 two-ounce meatballs smothered with 1.5 pounds each of sauce and melted mozzarella along with a pound of sweet peppers on a 3-foot long loaf of bread.
Nine year old Nik Kai Wallace picked up a guitar for the first time about a year ago. He is mostly self-taught and has about 10 songs in his repertoire. But even with his small play list, Wallace is about to get a big-time audience for his concert tomorrow. AC/DC is going to be in the audience watching him play.
