HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A man sent to the hospital in critical condition following a motorcycle crash has died from his injuries.
The Medical Examiner's office has identified the man as 47-year-old Frank Knight of Aiea.
The crash happened on Sept. 19 on Aiea Heights Road near the Calvary Church of the Pacific.
Police say Knight was traveling south when he lost control of his motorcycle, jumped the curb and struck a utility pole. He then traveled off the embankment and crashed near Aiea High School campus below.
Knight died from his injuries.
