HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Capri Anderson decided against filing a lawsuit against Charlie Sheen for now. Anderson filed a criminal harassment complaint against Sheen Monday relating to her night with the actor at a New York hotel last month. Sheen's counter sued claiming extortion. Her lawyer said the decision not to file a civil suit, as he had planned, "is separate and apart from any consideration of Mr. Sheen's ludicrous lawsuit against her."

Someone stole Brad Pitt's camera on the set of wife Angelina Jolie's Budapest film, which probably wouldn't be a big deal except rumor has it the camera's memory card also contains a number of personal photos.

Apple says people snapped up more than 450,000 copies of Beatles albums plus two million individual songs during the Fab Four's first week on sale through iTunes. Apple says the best-selling Beatles album in the U.S. is Abbey Road, and the best-selling individual track is Here Comes the Sun.
