HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Despite the new concern over rail funding, governor-elect Neil Abercrombie says he's not worried.
Even with Jim Oberstar out, Abercrombie says at this point, the funding is not a matter of who's in power.
"It's not a question of a Republican project will move forward and a Democratic project won't, or vice versa, it's a question of whether or not there's sufficient funds to have it move forward and whether or not there's sufficient funds to have any project move forward," Abercrombie said.
The governor-elect also unveiled his new transition website Thursday, NewDayHawaii.org.
That's where you'll find job listings, for the Abercrombie administration.
Those interested can apply on the website.
Applications are due Nov. 15th.
