'Toys for Tots' kicks off 2010 Hawaii drive

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Marine Corps Reserve announced the 2010 Toys for Tots Hawaii drive is officially underway.

Last year, Toys for Tots Hawaii collected 45,000 toys for less fortunate keiki.

Toys for Tots Hawaii has collected more than 680,000 toys and nearly $400,000 since 1996.

Monetary donations are also welcomed and can be made securely through their website.

The drive runs through Wednesday, Dec. 23.
