It's election day, Sunrisers. Rise and shine!

We'll have live team coverage throughout the morning and night. We'll track returns starting at 5pm.

Dan Cooke follows the ballots. Starting at the State Capitol, he'll find out the mood of supporters and voters throughout the morning as he tracks the ballots.

Lisa on Maui. It's a very tight race and one that seems to raise a lot of emotion. Lisa will bring us the latest developments between incumbent mayor Charmaine Tavares and Alan Arakawa.

For our gubernatorial race, both Democrat Neil Abercrombie and Republican James "Duke" Aiona will give a last minute push for Washington Place by coming in to the Sunrise studio.

Chai's Choices. Chef will make kataifi this morning with Kauai prawns. Know what it is? Find out when he dishes it up in our kitchen.

Battle of the Graces. I think actress Grace Park would definitely win after seeing her knock out the bad guys on Hawaii 5-0 week after week. Find out how the Canadian beauty is adjusting to life on our islands.

Make sure to forward this email to your family and friends, so we can add them to our Sunrise Ohana. We also want to hear from you! Send your comments and suggestions to Sunrise@HawaiiNewsNow.com.

You can catch all of these stories and segments streaming live online from 4:30 - 9:00 a.m. on HawaiiNewsNow.com or on KGMB, KHNL and on KFVE. If you missed one, watch it later on our website.
